Liba erőleves tépett húsával és lúdgégetésztával

Ropogós, egészben sült Liba birsalmával töltve, lilakáposztával és knödel-lel  tálalva

Flambírozott William körte vanilia fagylalttal

Menta tea

Házi mentás, citromfüves limonádé és az ételekhez illő borok lesznek kínálva.

Hungarian Goose „foie gras” with Brioche and home-made Chutney

Goose consomée with meet and larynx noodles

Crispy roasted stuffed Goose with Quites, red cabbage and  knödel

Flamed William Pear and Vanilia Ice cream

Peppermint tea

Homemade Limonade,  and a wide selection of wines will be served during the dinner
